It's been a while since we've updated the page. Tammy had to have foot surgery on the 19th and will be off her feet for several, and I mean several, weeks! I'm keepin on keepin on though. Today marked a momentous occasion for me -- I have now lost 50 POUNDS since joining the Biggest Loser Club last November. That's 50 pounds in just under 4 months. I couldn't be more excited, and with only five pounds to go I'm looking forward to warm weather -- tank tops, shorts, and even bathing suits!!

Loss update!

Hello everyone! It's me, Tammy back with an update! Since I last blogged, my weight has kinda been at a standstill. I had gained a couple of pounds and then lost a few. So I'm back to square one...nothing gained and nothing lost since my last entry. Hopefully my next weigh in will be a loss! I'm keeping my fingers crossed Disappointed

Tammy's Weight Loss Update

Hello all! I promised I'd give an update on my weight loss, so here you go...

since I last blogged on January 4th, I had lost 20 pounds since last November. And since the 4th, I have lost an additional 5 pounds for a grand total of 25 pounds! So that means 45 more pounds to go before June...seems like not much, but I'm gonna keep on keepin on

Big purchase!

So....I made a pretty big purchase yesterday at Sears. I gave in and bought myself a treadmill! I figured, hey, I'll be getting tax money back right!? Now I have no excuse for getting my walks in

Time to get serious

It's on now! My partner and I turned one of our bedrooms into a home gym. Now Tammy can come over and work out and we can push each other to our weight loss goals!
