February 06 Loss update!Hello everyone! It's me, Tammy back with an update! Since I last blogged, my weight has kinda been at a standstill. I had gained a couple of pounds and then lost a few. So I'm back to square one...nothing gained and nothing lost since my last entry. Hopefully my next weigh in will be a loss! I'm keeping my fingers crossed  January 23 Tammy's Weight Loss UpdateHello all! I promised I'd give an update on my weight loss, so here you go...
since I last blogged on January 4th, I had lost 20 pounds since last November. And since the 4th, I have lost an additional 5 pounds for a grand total of 25 pounds! So that means 45 more pounds to go before June...seems like not much, but I'm gonna keep on keepin on  January 22 Big purchase!So....I made a pretty big purchase yesterday at Sears. I gave in and bought myself a treadmill! I figured, hey, I'll be getting tax money back right!? Now I have no excuse for getting my walks in

Tammy January 03 Beginning the Biggest Loser Million Pound Match UpHi everyone! I'm Lauren -- half of the "Morrow County Losers" Million Pound Match Up team! I joined the Biggest Loser Club online on 11/4/2007 and weighed in for the first time at 185 lbs.
 Now I am weiging in for the Match Up at 155 lbs! After losing 30 pounds in 2007, and I am geared up and ready to loose another 30 in 2008!! I have learned so much from the Biggest Loser and am looking forward to seeing everyone's successes. GOOD LUCK!!! |
